The Free Preschool Program is part of the Early Childhood Education classes at Canon-McMillan High School. The program focuses on the importance of play as a key way that
young children learn. Kindergarten readiness is a goal for our
older children. The program is run by a certified teacher with a degree in developmental psychology. Activities and play experiences are planned by high school students. Children
who will be 3 or older by September 1st 2012 are eligible to enroll. Must be a resident of Canon-McMillan School District. Class runs from 8:30 – 10:45 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday. Program runs from the end of September through May.
