Muse VFD Members Train with K9 Officer
Cecil Township Police Officer Jeff Holt, K9 Officer Miner and a representative from Invisible Fence helped members learn how to affix oxygen masks to animals.
A representative from Invisible Fence joined Officer Jeff Holt and K9 Officer Miner at the Thursday for training.
The representative gave the department pet rescue oxygen mask kits for animals that suffer from smoke inhalation—and taught Muse VFD members how to affix them.
"He donated two kits, and one is going to be kept on the engine, and the other will be kept on the utility truck we use for rescue calls," said EMT-Firefighter Jim Faure.
