Street Closures Announced for Oktoberfest
If you plan to take part in the festivities, this is what you need to know.
The sign is up, and soon the roads will be closed for the festivities!

Canonsburg officials have announced street closures to accommodate the borough's Bavarian Oktoberfest celebration next week.
The celebration begins Friday, Sept. 14 and concludes on Sunday, Sept. 16.
The following streets and parking lots will be closed, according to Main Street Manager Nadeen Steffey:
- The Luksis Lot will close at midnight Thursday, Sept. 13.
- Pike Street from Greenside to Central Avenue, including the Central Avenue intersection, will close at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13.
- The PNC, Sarris (Malone Flower Shop) and Rite Aid lots will also be closed. However, Lou Bell Drive will remain open one-way.
- All streets and parking lots will re-open at midnight, Monday, Sept. 17.
