Great Resource for Volunteer Work

So, this post is relatively short, but useful.

As I served as a Volunteer Coordinator through my past employment, I learned about http://www.volunteermatch.org/.

Are you a Volunteer Coordinator looking to recruit some extra help for an ongoing or special upcoming project? Are you looking to kill some extra time over the summer or need volunteer hours for a class? Than look no further!

All you do is type in the zip code and/or the topic of volunteering you want to be involved with, ex. homelessness, children, etc. If you are looking to recruit, at the top there is a tab that "Recruit Volunteers" which brings you to a page where you click on "Recruit Today" and then begin the process of putting the company you work for set up and add projects, etc.

I have used this website before and it definitely comes in handy.
