What's Up Tuesday: Canonsburg Native on 'America's Got Talent' Needs Your Vote

Born and raised in Canonsburg, Stephanie Vinisky-Homber, part of American Military Spouses Choir, will appear with the group at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 on the show featured on NBC.

A Canonsburg native needs your help as she and her fellow choir members compete on the hit national television show, "America's Got Talent."

And she is asking for some hometown support.

Born and raised in Canonsburg, Stephanie Vinisky-Homber, part of American Military Spouses Choir, will appear with the group at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 on the show featured on NBC.

According to the group's website, the American Military Spouses Choir is a stellar choir performance group made up of 50-100 military spouses from all branches of service and from around the United States of America.

"They were brought together by the non-profit Center for American Military Music Opportunities," the "America's Got Talent" website indicated. "They wish to inspire and support not only their fellow military family and service members, but the nation as a whole."
