Not One More Pittsburgh: Join Us in the War Against Heroin

The group will hold a vigil in Cecil Park Wednesday to help raise awareness of the heroin epidemic.

Not One More Pittsburgh is inviting folks in the Canon-McMillan area to join the war against heroin.

The group will hold a candlelight vigil from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Cecil Park to help raise awareness of the heroin epidemic—and to educate the public about the dangers of the drug.

"Together we can help those who may be struggling with addiction to lift them to a place of recovery and hope," organizers said.

The vigil will include guest speakers and tales of recovery.

Organizers ask those who plan to attend to bring a blanket or lawn chair on which to sit.
