America's Pop Hall of Fame Nominees Announced
Now the voting begins to see who makes the cut.
Music fans: The top 40 nominees for induction into Americaβs Pop Music Hall of Fame have been announced.
The public may vote for five nominees at americaspopmusichalloffame.org.
The final group of 20 inductees will be announced in May, with induction ceremonies scheduled for July.
Here are the nominees as determined by the selection committee. Nominees were determined by chart success and influence on pop music between the years 1946 and 1975.
