Canonsburg's Fourth of July parade has long been considered one of the biggest and best in the state—and this year the party is getting started a day early.
Consider yourself invited to the Blast Before the Fourth, a free concert event being sponsored by the Canonsburg Fourth of July Celebration Committee and the Greater Canonsburg Chamber of Commerce.
The event will feature a live performance of the band Reference.
Interested? Then mark your calendar for 6 p.m. July 3.
The event will take place in the Luksis parking lot adjacent to the borough building on East Pike St.
Organizers remind those interested in attending that they should bring their own chairs—and that food and drinks will be available for purchase during the concert.
