Check out the entertainment lineup for October at the North Strabane Township venue

Officials from The Meadows Racetrack & Casino unveiled its entertainment line-up for October—which features famous national acts with local roots and a Nashville music star.

The month of October is highlighted by The Marcels—the guys who put the "Bomp" in the "Bomp-A-Bomp" back in 1961 with their first recording "Blue Moon."

The hit record sold more than 2.5 million copies.
