How much snow did you see at your home?

The National Weather Service reports that at 8:55 a.m., the doppler radar indicated bands of heavy snow showers along a line extending from four miles northeast of Homeworth to eight miles east of Ohiopyle. Some locations that will be impacte by these bands of heavy snow showers include the South Hills.

Snow can accumulate a quick one or two inches where these bands of heavier snow showers persist, according to the National Weather Service. Visibilities can become sharply reduced and untreated pavements can become snow-covered and slippery.
