Sponsored by Philosophy of Animals this seminar provides an overview of the help available for low cost spay/neuter of cats in Allegheny and Washington Counties. Speakers include Animal Friends, In Care of Cats, HCMT, Frankie's Friends, Fixurcat and the Fluffyjean Fund for Felines. Event is free and open to the public. The seminar is the kickoff event for the 6th Annual Pa Week for Animals.
