Fall Programs are on the Horizon - Sign Up Now at the Sarris Library

Summer has ended and you know what that means, don't you? Outside, the days will be cooler and the nights will be longer. And inside? Fall programs will soon be underway at the Frank Sarris Public Library! Here's just a sampling of what's coming up in the near future:

  • Monday, September 30th from 6-8pm – Crop Scrapbooking
    11th and 12th graders as well as adults are invited to take part in this one-day program. All materials are provided for the $2 fee.
  • Thursday, October 3rd at 6:30pm - Mystery Book Club
    Join us in the Computer Lab for a discussion of October’s book, Linda Castillo's "Sworn to Silence".
  • Monday, October 7th from 6-8pm – Candlemaking
    Adults, 11th and 12th graders: Register now to join us to make homemade candles. All materials will be provided for a fee of $2.
  • Saturday, October 12 (noon - 1:30 pm) - Knuckle Rings
    Teens, this is your chance to join the latest fashion trend and make one of these rings!  If you have needle-nose pliers please bring them to shorten the waiting time. No fee is required.
Sign up sheets are now available and (with the exception of the book discussion) advance registration is requested  for each of these programs...Don't delay - stop in to register today!
