Three Reasons to Brave the Weather Tomorrow

Come morning, the weather outside might be frightful, but the Frank Sarris Public Library offers three great reasons to brave the storm (and its aftermath) and stop in on Saturday. We suggest...

  • Come in between 11:00 and 2:00 to make an Old Fashioned Christmas Craft! As you frolic around Canonsburg, exploring all the fun of the Old Fashioned Christmas festival, don't forget to stop by the library to create a Christmas decoration!
  • Stop in at 3:00 or after to take part in the reception to honor local photographer Albert Hall, whose work is being exhibited in the Athena Sarris Art Gallery. Light refreshments will be provided.
  • Drop in anytime that we're open (10 - 5 on Saturdays) to fill a bag from our book sale area. Prices have been reduced to just $3 for a bag, so you can pick up plenty of books appropriate for gift giving or stocking stuffing as well as some for your own winter reading!
