Larry Maggi Goes On TV; Highlights Life Experience And Washington County Solutions For Washington, DC Problems
Larry Maggi’s new spot will begin on Tuesday morning, making him the only Democratic challenger in Pennsylvania on broadcast TV.
(Washington, PA)—Larry Maggi’s first campaign ad highlights how he worked his way into the middle-class and his life experience as a Marine, State Trooper, Sheriff, and County Commissioner. It also discusses how he helped lead Washington County to third in the nation in job growth and private sector wages have increased by 9% for the average worker. He did this by cutting wasteful spending and promoting natural gas. Maggi argues that Congress is not listening and that both parties are at fault. He wants to bring Southwest Pennsylvania solutions to clean up the mess in Washington, DC.
“I am running for Congress to put middle-class families first again. Democrats want to kill natural gas jobs, Republicans only want more tax cuts for the wealthy, and nothing is getting done for Southwest Pennsylvania. As Commissioner, I helped lead Washington County to third in the nation in job growth and wages have increased 9% for the average workers since I took office. We did this by cutting wasteful spending, balancing eight budgets, and putting our natural resources to work. Washington DC could learn a lot from Washington County,” said Larry Maggi.
This ad buy will cover from 9/25-10/2 and will be on all broadcast stations with a substantial 800 points. Maggi is the only Democratic challenger in Pennsylvania who is advertising on broadcast.

“At 18, I joined the Marines. I went to school on the GI bill, became a State Trooper, County Sheriff, and Commissioner.
Not too bad for a boy from Claysville.
I’m Larry Maggi and in Washington County, we are creating jobs by cutting waste and leading the way in energy production. But Washington DC has it all wrong.
Democrats want to kill natural gas jobs. Republicans just want more tax cuts for the wealthy.
I approve this message because Washington, DC can learn a lot from Washington County.
I'm not sure though if he belongs in the Senate.
