Obituary: Mary Ellen Keeler, of Canonsburg

Mary Ellen Keeler, 82, of Canonsburg, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 in Golden Living Retirement Center.

She was born April 22, 1930 in Canonsburg, a daughter of Pressley and Helen Meredith Keeler. She was a member of St. Patrick Parish, Canonsburg.

She enjoyed painting, reading, and cross stitching.

Surviving are her brother, Pressley J. Keeler, of Wynnewood, OK.; two nieces, Shelley Terry, and her husband David, of Jefferson, Ohio; Ellen Kolman, and her husband Andrew, of Ashtabula, Ohio; former sister in law, Mary Ellen Talcott, and her husband, Thomas, of Jefferson, Ohio; cousin, The Reverend Father Bob McDevitt, of Los Gatos, CA; several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Pressley W.C. Keeler, and mother, Helen Meredith Keeler.

There will be no public visitation. Arrangements are entrusted to Sollon Funeral Home, 30 E. College Street, Canonsburg. A Blessing Service will be held Thursday in the funeral home at a time to be announced. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carnegie.
