Cecil Township residents pay school taxes like Canonsburg residents.  With that said Canon McMillan Band director accepted an invitation to perform at Cecil Township Fall Festival but when called to confirm he said oh he forgot and would not be available what's up with that? The invitation was sent out in March which gave the director advance notice of the festival which happens every year, the last weekend of September.
