Accident Snarls Traffic on State Route 519 in North Strabane

Washington County 911 advises motorists to avoid the area if possible.

Washington County 911 confirmed that a vehicle accident on state Route 519 near state Route 19 in North Strabane has snarled traffic there.

While initial emergency dispatches indicated that a person inside the vehicle was entrapped, a 911 supervisor confirmed that the victim had been extracated.
