Here are the latest police reports from the Canonsburg Police Department:

Fight Reported at Canon Lodge, Criminal Mischief on Murdock
Canonsburg police responded to the Canon Lodge early Saturday morning for a report of a physical altercation that spilled out onto Murdock Street. Police said that while the crowd dispersed, a Murdock resident, Sandy Gilbert, told officers that a black male had kicked her husband's car, breaking out the passenger-side window.

Prowler Reported in North Strabane
Canonsburg police assisted North Strabane police by responding to a call regarding a prowler.

Canonsburg police said Nancy Taylor, of 136 Cherry St., told officers early Monday that she had heard a loud bang in the rear alley, and saw a white male running from her yard.

Police discovered that a window in Taylor's garage had been busted, but could not locate the alleged prowler.

Apartment Burglarized, TV Stolen
Patrick Green summoned officers to his 545 Euclid Ave. apartment early Monday when he arrived home to find the door to his apartment "broken and standing open."

Canonsburg police said an interior door was kicked in, also.

A 39-inch television was the only thing stolen, Green—who had been out of town—told police.

Car Damaged by Concrete
Warren Campbell of 422 Giffin Ave. told Canonsburg police Sunday night that someone had thrown a piece of concrete through the passenger-side window of his car. "The rock shattered the window and scuffed up the center console and driver's side seat," a police report indicated.

Theft Charges Filed Against Evicted Woman
Canonsburg police are filing theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief charges against a Canonsburg woman who had been evicted from her home.

Police said Ed Badia summoned officers Sunday night to his rental property located at 10 Payne Place, where he said Tina Sue Loughman had recently been evicted.

He told police that when she vacated the property, she left behind a lawn mower, a pool with filter, two air conditioning units and a box fan.

However, he said she had returned at some point to take them.

Badia said the items were valued at $1,200.

Police said charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief would be filed against Loughman.

Home Burglarized, Change Taken
Helen DiFalco summoned Canonsburg police officers to her 514 Euclid Ave. home Saturday to report a burglary.

She told officers she had spent Friday night at her daughter's and returned home Saturday morning to find her door unlocked.

DiFalco said the only thing that appeared to be missing was a jar of change on a counter. It contained about $20, she told officers.

Woman Jailed on Theft Charge
A Washington woman was jailed early Friday after being stopped by state police for having a burned-out headlight.

According to a police report, Meredith Wright had been wanted by Canonsburg police for a felony count of theft by deception.

She was taken into custody by state police, transported to the Canonsburg Police Department and arraigned before district Judge Gary Havelka, who remanded her to the Washington County Jail after she was unable to post a $5,000 bond.

According to a criminal complaint, Wright is accused of taking possession of a car without remitting the agreed-upon payment.
