Blotter: Crash Leads to DUI Charge, Man Charged With Aggravated Assault
Here are two reports from North Strabane Township this week.
North Strabane police charged a township man with driving under the influence, accident to an unattended vehicle, failing to notify police, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed.
The charges against Joshua Lee Owens stem from a Nov. 22 incident, online court records show.
The charges were filed in district Judge Jay Weller's office, and will proceed by summons.

Canonsburg Man Charged with Assault
North Strabane police charged a Canonsburg man with a felony count of aggravated assault, as well as harassment and two-counts of disorderly conduct following an incident on Feb. 6, online court records show.

The charges against Robert A. Hill Sr. were filed in the office of district Judge Jay Weller.
The Observer-Reporter indicates that the man reportedly assaulted a nurse at Canonsburg General Hospital.
The charges will proceed by summons.
