Deborah Fitch, 49, of is in the Washington County Jail after charged her with 73 counts of forgery, as well as one count each of theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
She was arraigned Monday by district and remanded to the Washington County Jail after being unable to post a $25,000 straight bond.
Her preliminary hearing is set for May 14.
