Charges Possible in Crash that Killed Venetia Woman
City of Washington police said charges could be filed against the driver of an SUV that crashed last week, killing Rebecca Soffel.
City of Washington police said charges could be filed against the driver of a Jeep that crashed early Saturday,
"Washington police are awaiting toxicology and crash analysis reports before determining whether charges will be filed in (the) crash," the Observer-Reporter indicated on its website Tuesday.
The paper said Zachery Reihner, 24, of Washington, was driving the Jeep when it crashed.

A coroner's report indicated that the crash happened about 12:35 a.m. in the 200 block of E. Maiden Street when he "lost control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole."
Soffell was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said in a release.

The coroner said the young woman's death was the result of blunt force trauma, and ruled it accidental.
Reihner was taken to a UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, where a spokeswoman on Tuesday said he was in stable condition.
