Coroner Identifies Crash Victim
Seth A. Bugay died of blunt force trauma, Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said in a statement Thursday night.
A 19-year-old man was killed Thursday afternoon following a motorcylce crash in nearby Smith Township.
"The victim was the operator and sole occupant of a Kawasaki motorcycle that
was traveling eastbound on Steubenville Pike. The (motorcycle) crossed the center line and struck a Chevrolet sedan head-on in the westbound lane," according to a news release issued by Washington County Coroner Tim Warco.
Seth Bugay, 19, of Creek Road in Bulger, died from trauma. Warco ruled his death accidental.
