Driver Swerves to Avoid Deer, Crashes Truck in Cecil
The incident happened Wednesday night.
A man who swerved to avoid hitting a deer in the area of 327 Muse-Bishop Road in Cecil was uninjured—although his truck needed to be towed from the scene Wednesday night.
First responders said the roadway was closed for a short time because debris needed to be cleared—as well as the vehicle, which was blocking both lanes.
Muse Volunteer Fire Department and Cecil Township Police Department responded.
