Homicide Trial Continues, Expert Witnesses Testify

Danny Kirtley is being tried for homicide—accused of fatally shooting a coworker.

Eight expert witnesses testified Thursday at the trial of a former Texas man accused of fatally shooting one of his coworkers last year, the Observer-Reporter said on its website.

The homicide trial against Danny Kirtley began Wednesday with opening arguments.

Kirtley, who was living in Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland County, when the incident happened, was charged with criminal homicide and other charges.
