North Dakota Woman Jailed for Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness

The charges were filed after an alleged incident at a local hotel.

A North Dakota woman remains in Washington County Jail on disorderly conduct and public drunkenness charges filed by North Strabane Township police in the wake of an incident at a local hotel Friday.

The charges stem from accusations she created a disturbance Friday night at the Super 8 Motel, according to the Observer-Reporter.

Kacey Kidd was arraigned on the charges Friday by district Judge Ethan Ward, who remanded her to the Washington County Jail after she was unable to post a $5,000 straight bond, according to online court records.

She was listed as an inmate there as of Tuesday, according to the Washington County Jail website.

Kidd is scheduled to appear before district Judge Jay Weller at 10 a.m. Dec. 18 for a preliminary hearing, online court records show.
