The homicide trial began Wednesday for a former Texas man who is accused of fatally shooting a co-worker in a North Strabane warehouse last year.
The Observer-Reporter indicated on its website that opening arguments began in the trial against Danny Kirtley,
Kirtley, who was living in Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland County, when the incident happened, has been charged with criminal homicide and other charges.
