"I am running for the position of township supervisor because I am devoted to preserving the qualities of this great community, which is why it was voted (the number one) place to raise a family.  Similar to the many families I have spoken to, these qualities are why we moved our family of seven from a nearby township to Cecil Township," Fisher said.

She continued: "I have grown to love this great community, as well as its residents. If elected, I will work hard for the residents in maintaining the best qualities of our community, as well as work hard to progress our township to flourish into the future."

Fisher and her husband have five children—two 14-year-olds, Michael and Matthew, 4-year-old twin boys Logan and Joshua, and 1-year-old daughter, Brynn.

A Muse man, Frank Egizio also announced his candidacy for a supervisor seat.
