Plans for Mylan Headquarters Move Forward
Cecil Township supervisors approved the company's site plan for the proposed Southpointe II building.
supervisors on Monday approved the proposed site plan for Mylan Inc.'s new headquarters in Southpointe II.
Mylan is a generics and specialty pharmaceutical company.
Also approved was a waiver request for the height of the building—which in some places will be about 81 feet.

The five-story building sits on an 11.4 acre site and includes 595 parking spaces.
While the land development plan had previously been approved by the board in 2011, the building had undergone "extensive design" changes—making the new approval necessary.
