Road Maintenance Contract Expected to be Awarded in North Strabane

Here is what's on the agenda for tonight's meeting.

As a reminder: The North Strabane Township Board of Supervisors legislative meeting is slated for 7 p.m. tonight—Tuesday. It will be held in the township building and is open to the public.

Among the action items on the agenda is a motion to approve the road maintenance contract.

Probably more important than the road maintenance agenda item is: D. Grant/deny a modification to section 1203.1 of the Zoning Ordinance waiving the requirement for a second means of access to the proposed Sunset Pointe PRD as requested by the developer, Bove Development Corporation. E. Approve/reject a conditional use application of Bove Development Corporation, 585 Brian Drive, Bethel Park, PA 15102 for a proposed residential development reflecting 52 single-family lots and four duplex units located on 35.96 acres on McDowell Lane in an R-3 district. Developers RULE!!!!
