Street Closures Possible in Canonsburg This Week

Canonsburg residents, beware: There might be some local street closures this week.

Borough officials said Monday that Columbia Gas and Pennsylvania American Water Co. are installing new lines the borough in  this week—work that could result in temporary street closures. 

Columbia Gas will be working on Franklin Avenue from Como to First streets.

Both companies will be doing work in the Murdock Street, College Street and Hutchinson Avenue area.

"Your patience is appreciated," borough Manager Terry Hazlett said.
