2 Corinthians 2:14-15

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

How do we smell?

From a biblical perspective Roger, I must admit I do not know how we smell, but apparently we have a distinct scent

Scott, my comment was "tongue in cheek," but does have truth. A few months ago, I was part of a class in which this verse was discussed. We left the discussion with the challenging question that I posted. The challenge was issued with the intent of remembering who we are in Christ. Where is our identity? Is it wrapped in the world, or in Him? "How we smell" tells the watching world of our allegiance, our dependency, our worth, and our purpose. I would add that sometimes the reeking isn't pleasant, and we give up our witness (speaking for myself).
