Canon-McMillan Wrestling Coach Resigns

School Director Manuel Pihakis said the board accepted Chris Mary's resignation with regret.

Canon-McMillan School directors on Monday accepted the resignation of varsity wrestling coach Chris Mary.

School Director Manuel Pihakis said the board knew the resignation was coming, and that it was accepted "with regret."

Calling Mary and his accomplishments "super," Pihakis stressed that the outgoing coach was more than just someone who helped lead his wrestlers to victory time and again (to four consecutive WPIAL team titles, for example).
