boot camp workout includes ... strength training, core conditioning, plyometric drills and flexibility challenges. Nonstop intervals will be alternated with resistance work. Activities will progress from low to high intensity and modifications will be offered ...All levels welcome, intensity modifications provided from beginner to elite. Its all about having fun and getting in a good workout :)
You can come when every you can.... It is every Monday and Wednesday at First Street Elementary School from 7-8 ... only $5 a class!!!
