Betsy Ann Chocolates' franchise store in Upper St. Clair will soon be shutting its doors for good. All merchandise at the Washington Road store located behind the CVS is on sale. If customers use a credit or debit card, they will receive 45 percent off their purchase. If they use cash, it's 50 percent off. The sale started on Thursday, Feb. 16 and store employees said the store will close when the merchandise is gone. As of Friday afternoon, the store was picked over. Boxes of different chocolate varieties and some Easter candy remained. Easter baskets, coffee mugs and other non-chocolate merchandise was also for sale.
