Hey Cecil residents, did you hear? Your town was just rated the best place in the state to raise your kids. The high praise came from the publication Bloomburg Businessweek, and Cecil Township officials said they couldn't be happier with the designation. "The board is certainly delighted," township Manager Don Gennuso said. With the educational opportunities at Canon-McMillan School District and Washington County's low taxes, he said it's no wonder the community got such a high rating.
