Woman Who Drove on Wrong Side of Road to be Charged with DUI
Police said the woman had a .165 blood alcohol level.
Cecil police are charging a township woman with being incapable of safe driving and driving under the influence after officers said she was driving on the wrong side of the road last week. Katherine White, 51, of Cecil-Henderson Road, was driving west on Baker Road Thursday night when police said she approached the crest of a hill and drifted into the left lane. Police said she stayed in the wrong lane until an officer activated his overhead lights to initiate a traffic stop. When approached by the officer, White could not locate her license and registration information, police said.
