Burgettstown Man Dies in Quad Accident
Washington County Coroner Tim Warco ruled the death of Chad Culley an accident Tuesday evening.
A Burgettstown man died Tuesday afternoon after a quad accident, Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said in a release. He said Chad Culey, 39, of Joffre-Cherry Valley Road was operating a friend's quad on his friend's property on Joffre-Bulger Road when it was driven into a small pond, where the recreational vehicle apparently overturned. "A passing motorist discovered the quad and found the victim submerged in the water under the quad," Warco said in a statement. The manner of death for Culley is pending an autopsy.
