'Rich Blocks, Poor Blocks' Map lets you see the median income for Canonsburg, Cecil, North Strabane and surrounding areas.

An interactive map at the Rich Blocks, Poor Blocks website offers a glimpse at median household incomes, by neighborhoods, in the Canon-McMillan area—or anywhere in the country. Take, for instance, the Canonsburg area. The map shows a median household income of $49,820. The Cecil Township area has a median household income of $61,750, while the North Strabane area has a median household income of $68,734. In comparison, the statewide middle-class income range is $44,750 to $54,425. The information for the map is obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2007-2011 American Community Survey.
