Venetia Man Jailed for Criminal Trespass, Other Charges

A Venetia man was jailed on criminal trespass and other charges after allegedly entering a North Strabane home uninvited on Wednesday. North Strabane police also charged Robert Cole, 26, with loitering and prowling at night, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, online court records indicate. He was arraigned early Wednesday by district Judge David Mark, who remanded him to the Washington County Jail on $25,000. He remained an inmate there as on Thursday night. According to the Observer-Reporter, Cole allegedly told residents at the home that he was being chased by a gun.
