DUI Pending Against Man Involved in Cecil Crash
There were no injuries in the crash Monday.
Cecil Township police said driving under the influence charges are pending against a driver involved in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Monday night on state Route 980 and Vista Drive. Leah Grossman told officers that she was driving north on state Route 980 when a vehicle in the oncoming lane of traffic crossed the center line, striking her SUV. Both vehicles came to rest in the middle of the roadway, police said. Neither Grossman nor the other driver, Ricky D. Litton, of Claysville, were injured according to police. However, when officers approached Litton, they noted that he had slurred speech and that he was having difficulty standing.
