Two Men Jailed for DUI Offenses

Aubrey McDaniels of Houston and Daniel White of Canonsburg were both jailed last week.

Two local men were jailed on driving-under-the-influence charges last week. Court dockets show that Aubrey McDaniels, 48, of Houston, was sentenced to two days to six months on a DUI charge by Washington County Judge Janet Moschetta Bell. North Strabane police charged McDaniels with DUI and other offenses after fellow motorists called 911 to complain about him Sept. 4. Officers had received multiple calls from concerned motorists stating that a man was driving a black Cadillac aggressively, running stop signs and then wrecked his vehicle in the area of Johnson Road, according to the criminal complaint. North Strabane police charged Aubrey McDaniels for driving under the influence and other offenses after other motorists called 911 to complain about an erratic driver.

North Strabane police charged a Houston man with driving under the influence and other offenses after fellow motorists called 911 to complain about him Sunday afternoon. According to court dockets, police also charged Aubrey O'Dell McDaniels, 48, of 12 N. Johnson Road, with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and careless driving. Officers received multiple calls from concerned motorists stating that a man was driving a black Cadillac aggressively, running stop signs and then wrecked his vehicle in the area of Johnson Road, according to the criminal complaint.
