Family Dinner Time: Easy Chicken Casserole

Here's an easy, one-dish meal that will please the entire family.

There’s not much to dislike about this week’s chicken casserole recipe from Canon-McMillan Patch reader Rebecca Neiderer, who says it’s not only easy to make, but the kids will eat it, too. And did we mention cleanup is a cinch (as Rebecca says in her blog here)? Here's what you need to know: Ingredients: 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your favorite) 1 package of frozen spinach (frozen chopped broccoli florets work just the same) Some cheese (Sliced or shredded provolone, mozzarella or anything you have, I like Swiss the best) Frozen, breaded chicken breast (Rebecca prefers that they are fully cooked, and that they are full breasts, not tiny tenders or little fingers. She also avoids the “crispy” versions because there is just much coating). …
