Family Dinner Time: Easy Chicken Casserole
Here's an easy, one-dish meal that will please the entire family.
There’s not much to dislike about this week’s chicken casserole recipe from Canon-McMillan Patch reader Rebecca Neiderer, who says it’s not only easy to make, but the kids will eat it, too. And did we mention cleanup is a cinch (as Rebecca says in her blog here)? Here's what you need to know: Ingredients: 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your favorite) 1 package of frozen spinach (frozen chopped broccoli florets work just the same) Some cheese (Sliced or shredded provolone, mozzarella or anything you have, I like Swiss the best) Frozen, breaded chicken breast (Rebecca prefers that they are fully cooked, and that they are full breasts, not tiny tenders or little fingers.
