In observance of Veterans Day, all federal and state government offices will be closed, as are banks and postal facilities. Some municipal offices—including those in Canonsburg and Cecil—will also be closed today—Monday. Canonsburg Council meets at 7 p.m. tonight—Monday in the borough building.
