Wayne Weil (pronounced while, not wheel) is the new general manager of Point Park University's 670 AM WPPJ Radio. Wayne recently stepped down as host and producer of the WPPJ Morning Show after a successful three-year run.

Wayne is just finishing his Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting at Point Park University, and is currently interning as a producer for Jim Krenn's new podcast, "Jim Krenn: No Restrictions," available for stream and download on the Sideshow Network and on jimkrenn.com.

On the air, Wayne is known for his wry humor, his voice impersonations, and his interviewing skills.  He recently won "Best Celebrity Interview" at the 73rd Intercollegiate Broadcasting System conference in NYC for his interview with WQED's Rick Sebak.

Wayne has also worked for years in the restaurant industry. Currently, he works as a waiter at Bocktown Beer and Grill in Robinson, where he is regarded as a craft beer expert.

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys traveling, checking out restaurants and breweries, and whatever else may come up.
